Math is a subject that unless a firm foundation is laid, students will always struggle as it progressively becomes more complex. We have teaching skills in using modifications in our teaching lessons that allow students to begin at a starting point and to build confidence in learning the different number systems successfully.  We start with the basics and build from that point.
